It’s natural to have questions when making a decision, especially when there’s tech involved. For your convenience, we’ve compiled a list of the questions we receive most frequently. If you’re curious about something that’s not listed, let us know!

You can order by clicking the "Book Now" Button. There, you will see options for all of our bundles and packages available. If you'd like assistance, text or call (909) 454-8182.

How do I order?

When do I pay?

You can submit payment electronically through our secure invoicing and delivery system after your media is available. Once your media is available for download, you will receive an email that prompts you to the download page. From there, you can view watermarked forms of media and download the unmarked versions after payment.

What is your turnaround time?

We always aim to deliver your order to you within 24 hours. When you receive the media, you can preview a watermarked version, then pay via our secure invoicing software to remove the watermark and download.

Can I tailor-make a package that fits my needs?

Yes, you can contact us via email, phone call, or text to create a custom package that fits your needs.

Do you photograph vacant properties?

Yes we do! We have an additional service that we offer to clients with vacant listings that will help them stand out. Check out our virtual staging service on our booking page.

Is virtual staging allowed?

Yes virtual staging is allowed by CRMLS, but you must include a disclosure in the listing stating that the image is virtually staged. The following is from CRMLS "Virtual staging and/or photoshopped images require captions disclosing any additions or alterations and may not unreasonably misrepresent what is included in the sale of the property or the scale or attributes of the property. Use caution in such manipulations and remember that even slight alterations should be disclosed." United Real Estate Photography will not be held liable for any citations issued if the listing agent fails to comply with virtual staging/photo editing rules of their MLS.
